As a social worker, filmmaker, author, and public speaker with over 20 years of experience, I am dedicated to championing issues that affect Black and marginalized individuals, families, and communities. I have worked with a wide range of organizations—from social service agencies and university forums to advocacy groups and public officials—and through it all, I've discovered a single, powerful common thread: collaboration.
